在高压下研究了<5—~30ppm微量水汽对四促进A110氨合成催化剂反应活性的影响。实验数据经修正的T-∏方程处理后,找到了中毒因子与水汽含量、温度以及压力诸因素之间的关系,并给出其经验关联式;获知催化剂中毒后表观活化能随毒物增加而增加;发现催化剂中毒后的动力学行为较之本征特性有较大的改变,特别是低温区。
The effect of <5 ~ 30ppm trace water vapor on the reactivity of four-promoted A110 ammonia synthesis catalyst was studied under high pressure. After the T-Π equation was modified by the experimental data, the relationship between the poisoning factor and the water vapor content, temperature and pressure was found and the empirical correlations were obtained. The apparent activation energy of the catalyst was increased with the increase of the poison Increase; found that the kinetic behavior of catalyst poisoning than the intrinsic characteristics of a greater change, especially in the low temperature zone.
