一、前言随着电视工业的蓬勃发展,对显像管用金属材料不断提出新的要求。彩色显像管是彩色电视机的关键部件,管子质量的好坏将直接影响到电视机质量。横拼双金属材料是用来制作阴罩补偿的弹簧片,以弥补阴罩网受热后的横向位移。要求该材料在+40℃～+80℃范围内其位移量为120μ±10;其有一定的弹性极限以保证阴罩在工艺过程中固定可靠。复位良好;能承受制管过程中450℃左右的烘烤温度而不致降低其弹性,具有足够的强度,以支撑阴罩框架。
