At the 1997 National Association of Broadcasters Conference and Exhibition in Las Vegas, Tektronix (NYSE: TEK) uncovered two new developments in video measurement technology. The first is the image quality measurement technology, which is a new paradigm in the video industry. The second is the MPEG-2 real-time analyzer system, which analyzes the DVB ETR290 according to the DVB Operational Monitoring Recommendations.
