近年来在口腔矫形修复中的不锈钢及钴铬合金精密铸造工作有了很大发展,但在实际操作过程中,还存在不少困难,其中较为突出的就是抛光问题,目前尚停留在繁重的手工操作上。为此,我院与中国科学院上海有机化学研究所协作,进行了钴—铬合金的电化学抛光的研究。经鉴定已达到国外同类产品水平。本文简要介绍电化学抛光的基本原理,重点论述电解液组成性质及其工艺规范等。
