本文对当前国有商业银行思想政治工作中的不足之处进行了分析,针对这些不足之处,本文提出了引入创新型人才、建立有效的奖励制度、优化思想政治工作的管理层、使用新的思想政治工作传播方式、定期不定期召开思想政治政治工作会议、提倡工作反馈和建议这六个解决方案,这让国有商业银行可以更好地在新常态中发展下去。
In this paper, we analyze the shortcomings of current state-owned commercial banks’ ideological and political work. In view of these shortcomings, this paper proposes that the introduction of innovative talents, establishing an effective reward system and optimizing the management of ideological and political work, and using new ideas Political work dissemination methods, regularly hold ideological, political and political work meetings from time to time to promote work feedback and suggestions of these six solutions, which allows state-owned commercial banks to better develop in the new normal.
