2012年10月12日,全国政协召开第十一届全国委员会优秀提案和先进承办单位表彰会。以全国政协委员、全国政协提案委员会委员、中国诗酒文化协会会长蒋秋霞作为第一提案人的《关于尽快制定酒类统一管理法规的提案》荣获全国政协优秀提案奖。此次获奖是蒋秋霞委员继获得第九届、第十届全国政协优秀提案奖后,第三次获得该奖项。
On October 12, 2012, the CPPCC National Committee held the 11th National Committee Excellent Proposal and Advanced Organizer Commendation Meeting. CPPCC National Committee members, members of the CPPCC National Committee members, Jiang Qixia, president of China Poetry and Wine Culture Association as the first sponsor of the “As soon as possible on the formulation of a unified management of liquor legislation,” won the CPPCC National Committee Excellent Award for outstanding proposals.
