为了评估焊接修复汽轮发电机转子铝合金叶片接头强度的可靠性,基于空气动力学理论,分析和计算了由离心力与空气升力在旋转运动叶片TIG焊接接头上产生的拉伸应力,并进行强度校核。强度校核表明,用SalSi-l铝合金焊丝形成的焊接接头安全许用应力大于接头受到的拉伸应力,焊接接头安全可靠。本分析方法为旋转体焊接接头强度校核提供了一定理论基础。
In order to evaluate the reliability of the welding strength of the aluminum alloy blade joint of steam turbine generator rotor, the tensile stress produced by centrifugal force and air lift on the TIG welded joint of rotary blade was analyzed and calculated based on the aerodynamics theory. Check. The strength check shows that the allowable safety allowable stress of welded joints formed with SalSi-1 aluminum alloy welding wire is greater than the tensile stress to which joints are subjected, and the welded joints are safe and reliable. The analysis method provides a theoretical basis for checking the strength of welded joint of rotating body.
