用聚乙烯醇制备了一种含水高达80%以上的水凝胶弹性体,并以该弹性体作为固定化增殖细胞的载体用于发酵生产酒精。用电镜、X射线衍射和DSC等手段对水凝胶的结构进行了研究,并测定了小分子物质在凝胶中的扩散性能和凝胶的力学性能。同时考察了以聚乙烯醇水凝胶为载体的固定化增殖细胞的活性。
A hydrogel elastomer containing up to 80% moisture is prepared from polyvinyl alcohol and used as a carrier for immobilized proliferating cells for fermentation to produce alcohol. The structure of hydrogels was studied by means of electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and DSC. The diffusion properties of small molecules in gels and the mechanical properties of gels were also determined. At the same time, the activity of immobilized proliferating cells with polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel as carrier was investigated.
