通过对我国46家公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务的网上调查,分析了公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递的类型、服务内容、服务方式、服务对象、收费情况,指出我国公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递存在服务细节有待重视、区域内公共图书馆间的合作较欠缺、缺乏与高校图书馆的合作、缺乏对“联合参考咨询与文献传递服务网”的利用、面向协议馆提供服务的图书馆较少等问题,提出了提高对馆际互借与文献传递服务的重视、加强区域内公共图书馆间的合作、加强与高校图书馆的合作、充分利用“联合参考咨询与文献传递服务网”、完善馆际互借与文献传递服务方式等建议。
