利用双摆锤冲击破碎实验平台,以不同摆角对四组不同粒度的钨矿石进行冲击破碎试验,得到了表征矿料碎后粒度分布特性的概率密度分布曲线;对概率密度曲线进行高斯参数估计,得到了表征矿料破碎效果的3个参数:均值、标准差、偏度系数;以3个参数为自变量,冲击破碎能为因变量,通过牛顿插值函数建立了冲击破碎角度即冲击破碎能与破碎效果间的关系,最后通过实验验证了采用牛顿插值函数预测矿料破碎效果的方法是可行的。
Using double pendulum impact crushing experimental platform, four groups of tungsten ore with different grain sizes were subjected to impact crushing test with different swing angle, and the probability density distribution curve characterizing the particle size distribution characteristics of the ore crushed material was obtained.
