本文以仿生学理论和方法对企业的招聘进行分析和研究,设计出基因型企业招聘模型。该模型以企业进化为目标,重视企业基因的识别和融合。在模型的基础上,分析招聘中企业的信号选择和发送机制,并研究招聘过程中“性选择”理论的外在表现,同时提出企业招聘的新策略。
In this paper, the bionics theory and method of enterprise recruitment analysis and research to design a genotype recruitment model. The model aims at the evolution of the enterprise and attaches great importance to the identification and integration of the enterprise genes. On the basis of the model, this paper analyzes the signal selection and sending mechanism of recruitment enterprises, and studies the external performance of the “sex selection” theory in the recruitment process. At the same time, it puts forward a new strategy of enterprise recruitment.
