一、前言 由于热双金属在温度变化过程中,存在能量交换,将热能直接转换成机械能,使材料具有一定力和位移的特殊功能。被各国的电器、仪表制造工业广泛用作测量或控制仪表的传感元件。 世界科技工作者,根据这种金属材料的工作状态和使用要求,把这种随温度变化产生的弯曲或偏转大小,定义为材料的热敏性能。并以此来衡量热双金属对温度敏感性的一项重要技术指标,根据测出的温度与变形曲线来确定材料的最大热作用范围。
