印度塔尔万迪3×660MW超临界火电机组工程是山东电力建设第一工程公司承接的一个境外EPC项目,单台机组锅炉受热面焊口49000多只,受热面小径管的检测比例仅为10%。面对如此低的检测比例,为实现工程焊接质量目标,针对影响焊接质量的主要因素制定了相应的措施,并取得了不错的效果,对今后类似焊接工程提供参考和借鉴。
India Talwarndi 3 × 660MW supercritical thermal power unit project is the first EPC project undertaken by Shandong Electric Power Construction First Engineering Company. The heating unit welding port of single unit boilers is more than 49000, and the detection ratio of the heated surface small diameter pipe is only 10 %. Faced with such a low detection ratio, in order to achieve the goal of welding quality, corresponding measures have been worked out for the main factors affecting the quality of welding and good results have been obtained, which will provide reference and reference for similar welding projects in the future.
