With the development of the Internet, digital libraries are springing up all over the world. The development of new technologies has brought about legal issues. Legal disputes involving digital libraries have emerged constantly. This article analyzes in detail the legal problems encountered by the digital library and proposes its own solutions to prevent infringement of the rights of copyright owners.
