采用回顾对比的方法对污染区和对照区居民进行健康状况调查,结果显示:污染区居民平均期望寿命较对照区低2.12岁;标化死亡率(549.01/10万)高于对照区(458.05/10万);恶性肿瘤死因顺位中,污染区为第一位,对照区为第三位;中小学生生长发育污染区低于对照区;生活饮用水Ames试验污染区为阳性,色-质联分析检出了具有致突变作用的污染物。研究结果初步揭示了微山湖渔民长期生活在被污染的环境中所发生的污染-健康效应。
