目的:研究对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施营养指导对其生产结局的影响。方法:选取我院近年收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者共78例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组加强营养指导。对比两组生产并发症发生率差异性。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,证明该组在营养指导干预下生产安全性更高。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者需加强营养指导,可在一定程度上控制并发症的出现,保障产妇与胎儿健康。
Objective: To study the effect of nutritional guidance on the outcomes of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 78 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group to implement routine care, observation group to strengthen nutrition guidance. The incidence of complications in two groups was compared. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, which proved that the group was more safe to produce with the guidance of nutrition. Conclusion: Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus need to strengthen nutrition guidance, to a certain extent, to control the emergence of complications to protect the maternal and fetal health.
