本例的临床特点是:1.女性,47岁,有高血压及肾盂肾炎史;2.发病前1周曾有头晕、抽搐、饮糖水后终止;3.发病前3天有腹痛、口干、恶心、呕吐、尿频,第5次肌注“庆大霉素”后1小时即肢体抽搐、昏迷;4.病程中曾给予降压、脱水、利尿等,并先后注射安定60mg;5.体检除皮肤及口唇粘膜干燥,皮肤弹性差外无其它阳性体征。实验室检查尿中有蛋白、红细胞、尿糖++,酮体阴性,尿比重高。
