为了改善教育质量,务必要改变因传统的科层制制度、组织内部的武断分工等阻碍教师专业化发展的情况。这就要求了高职院校需加强对教师管理,且给予足够的重视,制订出在以科学发展观的前提下,全新的现代化教师专业化发展的管理模式,达到促进教师专业化发展的目的。本文将从教师专业化发展入手,提出在英语教师的自我发展前提下,合理分工,合理协调,以人为本的科学的管理模式,推进高职院校英语专业教师的全面发展。
