哥本哈根会议召开前夕,笔者前往丹麦采访。于片刻闲暇中在哥市中心闲逛,所见所闻使笔者受益匪浅。笔者到市政广场之时,日已西斜,原本开阔的广场被几盏白色的大帐篷覆盖。帐篷里外,摆满了介绍各类新能源技术的样品与展板。来自丹麦科技大学的学生们,正在向行人卖力推介。首先吸引笔者的是迈秦能源公司研制的高空风力发电机MARS。该公司是一家位于渥太华和华盛顿的新能源公司。早在2006年就开始了高空风机的原型测试。
On the eve of the Copenhagen conference, the author went to Denmark for an interview. In a moment of leisure in the Columbia downtown shopping, what I saw and heard so I benefit. When I went to the City Plaza, the day was already westward. The original open plaza was covered with several white large tents. Tents, filled with samples of various types of new energy technologies and display panels. Students from the Danish University of Technology are pushing hard to introduce to pedestrians. First of all to attract the author is Mai Qin energy company developed high-altitude wind turbine MARS. The company is a new energy company based in Ottawa and Washington. As early as 2006, prototype testing of high-altitude fans began.
