在某热电厂锅炉安装监督检验过程中,通过MT、UT检测发现锅筒外部纵缝熔合线处存在多处裂纹,由裂纹特点确定是延迟裂纹。根据汽包制造工艺,在制造焊接过程中,筒节滚圆和校圆,纵缝处的焊缝余高被辊挤而压入筒节母材形成疑似线性裂纹、焊缝和母材过渡不平滑造成应力集中是造成延迟裂纹产生的主要原因,提出了预防措施。
In a thermal power plant boiler installation supervision and inspection process, by MT, UT test found that there are multiple cracks in the outer longitudinal seam fusion line drum crack characteristics identified as a delayed crack.
