一、初识高永坚1972年2月,广东省政府应对国际市场竞争的需要,制定实施了广东陶瓷大产区美术设计人材培养计划,在大埔高陂陶瓷产区向县属五所重点中学考试招收了20名美术设计学徒。我以第一名的优异成绩被录取到大埔县彩瓷厂,开始了陶瓷美术设计生涯,那年17岁。入厂后,学徒半工半读,白天8小时工作,从生产流程的每一个工序作业开始直至陶瓷烧成成品包装等全过程实习。逢周三、五和晚上进行美术设计课程学习,任课老师是产区有名的设计师和艺人师傅。 In January 1972, Guangdong Provincial Government responded to the need of competition in the international market by drawing up and implementing a program of art and design talent cultivation in the large-yielding ceramics production area of ​​Guangdong Province.
