采用热喷涂+激光重熔工艺,在Q235低碳钢板上制备了Ni60涂层,对涂层微观组织、硬度分布规律进行了分析。结果表明:涂层经过激光重熔后,外观质量良好,无裂纹缺陷,其组织组成物包括γ-Ni固溶体、碳化物、硼化物+γ-固溶体的弥散共晶体,与基体之间以冶金方式结合;涂层的平均硬度达到375HV0.2,是基体的2~3倍。
Ni60 coating was prepared on Q235 low carbon steel by thermal spraying + laser remelting process. The microstructure and hardness distribution of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the coating has good appearance and no crack defects after laser remelting. The microstructure of the coating includes the dispersed eutectic of γ-Ni solid solution, carbide and boride + γ-solid solution, Combined; the average hardness of the coating reaches 375HV0.2, is 2 to 3 times the matrix.
