新疆某工程机库网片接头,要求灌筑高标号微膨胀混凝土,但膨胀水泥或其他特种水泥成本较高,来源困难。为此我们决定采用加气混凝土的发气剂铝粉作为膨胀剂,试配高标号微膨胀混凝土。通过初步试验,我们基本了解了掺铝粉微膨胀混凝土的几项变化规律,配制试验结果表明:只要配合比正确,操作认真,以常规的施工方法,用普通525号水泥可以配制掺铝粉高标号微膨胀混凝土。施工中,现场试块试压和膨胀值测试结果与配制试验结果相符,均能满足设计要求。机库网片接头混凝土良好,至今未发现裂缝、脱落、酥松等情况。现将配制试验与施工注意事项简介如下。
