韦瑞霖,1912年11月21日出生于广西永福县的一个普通农民家庭。他4岁在本村读私塾,后读小学高级班;16岁读桂林县立师范;18岁任小学教员,后任校长;21岁考入桂林地方自治人员训练所学习;22岁任桂林县地方自治筹委会委员,后考入广西行政研究所(第四期)学习;23岁任桂林县两江区区长;24岁以后投笔从戎;28岁考取广西候用县长第一名,29岁任宁明县县长,31岁任昭平县县长。丰富的历练,为他治理昭平、组织抗战打下了良好基础。
Wei Ruilin, born November 21, 1912 in Yongfu County, Guangxi, an ordinary peasant family. He was 4 years old in the village to read private school, after reading the elementary school senior class; Guilin county teacher at the age of 16; primary school teacher at 18 years of post-principal; 21-year-old admitted to Guilin Local Autonomous Staff Training Institute; 22-year-old Ren Guilin Local Autonomy Preparatory Committee members, later admitted to the Guangxi Institute of Administrative (Phase IV) study; 23-year-old Ren Guilin Linjiang District Mayor; 24 years after the vote pen Rong; 28-year-old Guangxi prefectural governor to obtain first place, 29-year-old Ningming County Long, 31-year-old Zhaoping County magistrate. A wealth of experience, for his governance Zhaoping, organized a good foundation for the war of resistance.
