本文介绍了以8031单片机为核心的宽频域、高精度智能频率计。运用单片机强大的运算能力,克服了一般数字频率计在低频段精度不高的缺点,因而在整个测量范围内,理论误差均不大于0.004%。由于采用了频率分段技术,自动实现频段间切换,从而响应速度较快。电路仅用少量的硬件集成块,因而容易实现。最后对误差作了理论分析。
This article introduces the 8031 single-chip microcomputer as the core broadband domain, high-precision smart frequency meter. The use of SCM powerful computing power to overcome the general digital frequency meter in the low frequency band accuracy is not high shortcomings, and therefore in the measurement range, the theoretical error is not more than 0.004%. Due to the use of frequency segmentation technology, automatic switching between frequency bands, which respond faster. The circuit is easy to implement with a small number of hardware blocks. Finally, the error is analyzed theoretically.
