目的采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析技术,建立微量元素的含量测定方法,比较巴基斯坦、新疆吐鲁番2个产地骆驼刺糖中Li、Na、Al、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb、K等18种微量元素的含量差异。方法样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合质谱仪测定18种微量元素。结果 ICP-MS分析技术测定刺糖中的微量元素,Li、Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb和K的线性范围为0~20 mg·L-1,Na和Ca的线性范围为0~200 mg·L-1。该方法的稳定性、精密度和回收率均符合要求。2个产地获得的刺糖中微量元素含量均有差异,巴基斯坦2015年6月批次的刺糖所含有的微量元素含量最高,Ca为7143 mg·kg-1,Fe为1610 mg·kg-1。结论 K、Na、Ca、Mn、Fe等对人体有益的元素在刺糖中含量均较高,有害元素Pb、As、Cr、Sb和Ag含量均低于《中国药典》和《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的限量标准。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace elements by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and to compare the contents of Li, Na, Al, Ca, Cr, Mn and Fe in the camel’s broth from Pakistan, Xinjiang Turpan , Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr, Ag, Cd, Sb, Ba, Pb, K and other 18 trace elements. Methods After microwave digestion, 18 trace elements were determined by inductively coupled mass spectrometry. Results The linear range of trace elements, Li, Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr, Ag, Cd, Sb, Ba, Pb and K in the spines was determined by ICP- ~ 20 mg · L-1, the linear range of Na and Ca was 0 ~ 200 mg · L-1. The stability, precision and recovery rate of the method meet the requirements. There were differences in trace element contents in the sugar cane produced in the two places of origin. In June 2015, Pakistan had the highest content of trace elements in the sugar cane, with 7143 mg · kg-1 Ca and 1610 mg · kg-1 Fe . Conclusion The contents of K, Na, Ca, Mn, Fe and other beneficial elements in human body are higher in the content of barb sugar, the content of harmful elements Pb, As, Cr, Sb and Ag are lower than that of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” and “medicinal plants and Preparation of import and export green industry standards ”of the limited standard.
