高能球磨(亦称搅拌球磨)是一种高效研磨工艺,能有效地破碎各种金属与非金属固体粒子;从坚硬的金属氧化物、WC、高温合金直到Ni合金等塑性金属,经高能球磨都能达到超细尺寸。美、日西德等国在冶金、化工、染料、触媒、制药、油漆等工业中,已经比较广泛地采用。近几年来,国内也有一些单位试制了高能球磨机并做了试验,证明高能球磨和滚桶球磨相比具有效率高,产品质量优,良、耗电少、操作安全、清理方便等优点。高能球磨机的功能不仅仅是破碎、混匀物料,还能将不同的金属粉机械合金化,用此法制得的合金没有在熔炼合金中常见的偏析。某些用熔炼方法无法获得的合金,如含有超细氧化物的弥散强化高温合金MA754、MA956,MA6000等,只能靠高能机械合金化工艺获得。这一工艺开辟了制取合金粉末的新途径。本文将简要介绍高能球磨机的结构、原理以及在机械合金化工艺等方面的应用。

Some alloys that can not be obtained by smelting methods, such as MA754, MA956, MA6000 and so on, can only be obtained by high-energy mechanical alloying. This process opens up new ways to make alloy powders. This article will briefly introduce the structure of high-energy ball mill, the principle and application in the mechanical alloying process.
