将0.5%(质量分数)羟基硅酸镁自修复材料分散在长城牌汽油机润滑油SJ10W–40中,用摩擦磨损实验机考察羟基硅酸镁自修复材料对球墨铸铁摩擦副的减摩、抗磨及自修复性能,并与未添加自修复材料的润滑油进行对比。用扫描电子显微镜分析试样磨痕表面的形貌,并用能谱仪分析了其元素组成。结果表明:添加羟基硅酸镁自修复材料后,球墨铸铁摩擦副摩擦系数降低了68.8%;磨痕处存在与基体材料不同的修复区域,该修复区域沉积了Si,Mg,Al等元素。羟基硅酸镁自修复材料具有优良的减摩抗磨性能和自修复性能。
The 0.5% (mass fraction) hydroxy magnesium silicate self-healing material was dispersed in Great Wall brand gasoline engine lubricating oil SJ10W-40. The friction and wear test machine was used to study the anti-friction and anti-wear And self-healing properties, and with no added self-healing materials lubricants for comparison. The surface morphology of the wear scar was analyzed by SEM, and its elemental composition was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the friction coefficient of ductile iron friction pair is reduced by 68.8% after the self-repairing material of magnesium hydrosilicate is added. There are different repair regions in the wear scar of the matrix material, and Si, Mg, Al and other elements are deposited in the repair region. Hydroxy magnesium silicate self-healing material has excellent friction and wear resistance and self-healing properties.
