采用连续光源原子吸收光谱法同时测定贵州几大名茶中Pb、Cu、Fe、Mn的含量。该方法灵敏度高、检出限低、准确度高,选择性好,环境友好,测定时无须富集、萃取,操作简便,缩短了分析周期,使分析工作变得快速简便。该方法测定茶叶中Fe、Mn、Cu、Pb的回收率均在90%~102%之间,满足标准方法要求,明显提高分析工作者的工作效率,值得推广。
Simultaneous Determination of Pb, Cu, Fe and Mn in Several Famous Tea in Guizhou by Continuous Light Source Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, high accuracy, good selectivity, environment friendliness, no need of enrichment in the determination, extraction and simple operation, which shortens the analysis period and makes the analysis quick and easy. The method determined that the recoveries of Fe, Mn, Cu and Pb in tea were both between 90% and 102%, meeting the standard method requirements and obviously improving the working efficiency of the analytical workers, which is worthy of promotion.
