针对吉林油田中温(60度)低渗油藏,储层非均质性导致注水沿窜流通道窜流的难题,在前期酚醛树脂交联体系的基础上研究低毒无害的糠醛树脂凝胶堵剂。研究了配方各组分及其用量对该堵剂成胶强度的影响,筛选出堵剂配方0.2%HPAM+0.25%A,并考察不同PH值矿化度对堵剂的影响。岩心实验结果表明,该堵剂在中温条件下可形成高强度高韧性凝胶,具有良好的耐冲刷性,PH使用范围4-9,矿化度越高体系强度越好,高、中、低渗岩心均可进行不同程度的封堵,适合中温裂缝性油藏堵水。
In view of the problem of medium-temperature (60 degree) low-permeability reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield and reservoir heterogeneity leading to water channeling along the channeling channel, the low toxicity and harmless furfural resin gel was studied on the basis of the former phenolic resin crosslinking system Plugging agent. The effects of each component of the formula and its dosage on the gelling strength of the plugging agent were studied. The plugging agent formulation was screened by 0.2% HPAM + 0.25% A, and the effect of different salinity on the plugging agent was investigated. The core experimental results show that the blocking agent can form high strength and toughness gel under medium temperature, has good erosion resistance, the use range of PH is 4-9, the higher the salinity is, the higher the system strength is, and the higher, middle and lower Permeable core can be closed to varying degrees, suitable for blocking water reservoir temperature fractured.
