近日,习近平主席在武汉召开的部分省市负责人座谈会上作了重要讲话。从6个方面提出全面深化改革需要深入调查研究的重大问题。其中之一是进一步增强社会发展活力,促进社会和谐稳定。讲话阐明了社会活力的丰富内涵,凸显出社会活力在实现和谐社会过程中极其重要的作用。表明在社会转型的今天,通过社会体制改革创新,充分吸纳人民群众参与改革发展,最大限度调动各方面积极性,激发每个中国人的进取心和创造力,就能在和谐社会建设的道路上迈出坚实有力的步伐。
