社区矫正工作至今已历时十余年,特别是《社区矫正实施办法》自2012年3月1日正式施行后,社区矫正工作制度日趋完善、管理程序日趋规范,社区矫正工作质量不断提升,使社区服刑人员在社区服刑期间,接受了服刑监管、法制教育、帮扶救助,不良心理矫正,从而顺利地回归社会,社区矫正工作呈现平稳有序、效果明显,同时积累了丰富的工作经验。在看到多年工作取得成绩的同时,我们也清楚地意识到,社区矫正工作单纯的追求社区服刑人员在矫正期间不发生问题、到期解除矫正不是最终目的,同时应该注重对社区服刑人员在社区服刑期间进行各种不良心理的矫正,才能真正地实现“浪子回头”、避免重新犯罪、顺利回归社会。
