依据系统结构原理 ,推导出数学模型 ,提出一种适于称重传感器测试系统的控制策略 .根据该测试系统的特点 ,建立误差补偿模型 ,确定数据处理方法 .试验结果表明 ,整个测试系统简洁、高效、可靠 ;控制方案简单、易行 ,满足系统的性能要求 ;所采取的误差补偿办法切实可行 ,经过处理的测试数据能够准确反映传感器测试系统的性能
According to the principle of system structure, a mathematical model is deduced and a control strategy suitable for the load cell test system is proposed. According to the characteristics of the test system, an error compensation model is established and the data processing method is determined. The test results show that the whole test system is concise, Efficient and reliable; the control scheme is simple and easy to meet the performance requirements of the system; the error compensation method adopted is feasible and the processed test data can accurately reflect the performance of the sensor test system
