二维引射-混合器流场的数值研究与验证

本文运用一维引射特性方程和不可压缩流动Navier-Stokes方程,对二维引射—混合流场进行了数值研究。首先用一维引射特性方程估算理想的引射气流流量;然后用N-S方程对混合管内的气流混合流动进行计算,用计算得到的混合管速度分布和壁面粘性剪切力来修正一维引射特性方程中的经验常数,逐次逼近真实的引射流量比。计算结果表明,本文的数值方法可以有效地预测引射流量比和混合流场。 In this paper, one-dimensional eigenvalue equations and incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are used to study the two-dimensional eduction-mixing flow field. Firstly, one-dimensional injection equation is used to estimate the ideal jet flow rate. Then the NS equation is used to calculate the mixed flow in the mixed tube. The mixed tube velocity distribution and the wall viscous shear force are used to correct the one-dimensional jet The empirical constant in the characteristic equation approximates the true jet flow ratio successively. The calculation results show that the numerical method in this paper can effectively predict the injection flow ratio and the mixing flow field.
