在内蒙古自治区包头市九原区有一座银洞山,山脚下有一处依山傍水、美景如画的人间仙境,名曰银洞山庄,是鹿城小有名气的休闲渡假之地。然而,几年前这里还荒凉、偏僻、无人驻足。是谁为这里带来了生机和美丽?五月的一天,我们专程走访了山庄主人——内蒙古自治区“三八”红旗手、全国“三八”绿色奖章获得者、育苗大户白招娣。 十一年前,白招娣还是九原区新城乡边墙壕村一位普普通通的农家妇女。1989年,在外干活的丈夫带回来苗木畅销的信息,使从小喜爱绿色的白招娣萌生了育苗创业的念头。
