“教育科学文化既是物质文明建设的重要条件,也是提高人民群众思想道德觉悟水平的重要条件”。“我们进行现代化建设,应当更自觉地依靠科学,发扬尊重科学、追求知识的精神,努力在全民族范围扎扎实实地组织教育科学文化的普及和提高”。为此,我们拟就新疆回族教育做一番考察,并对如何改善新疆回族教育,使之尽快适应于社会主义现代化建设的需要,提出一些粗浅的看法,希望能引起关心回族教育的同志和教育界同行更深入的讨论和研究。
