聚合物驱油过程中一部分聚合物会随着产出水产出,产出水的合理处理不仅关系到聚合物资源再利用,而且关系到环境保护问题。该文利用大庆油田聚合物驱产出水配制聚合物溶液,对聚合物溶液的粘度损失及其影响因素进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明,用产出水配制聚合物溶液的粘度虽然会因水的高矿化度而受到影响,但注入地层后受高矿化度地层水的影响却较小,用产出水配制聚合物从经济和技术角度来看是可行的,这为产出水配制聚合溶液的决策提供了实验依据
Polymer flooding process part of the polymer will be produced with the output of water, the rational treatment of produced water is not only related to the reuse of polymer resources, but also related to environmental issues. In this paper, the polymer solution was produced by polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, and the viscosity loss and influence factors of polymer solution were systematically studied. The results show that although the viscosity of the polymer solution prepared by the produced water is affected by the high salinity of water, the influence of high salinity formation water after injection into the formation is small.
