目的探讨老年妇科患者围手术期处理的具体措施。方法对老年妇科手术110例围手术期资料进行统计分析。结果资料显示老年妇女易合并高血压、心脏病和糖尿病。老年妇科手术疾病中，子宫脱垂占34．5％，妇科恶性肿瘤占35．5％，良性肿瘤占30％。术中可出现低血压及心绞痛，术后可出现心衰。肺部感染、切口裂开等并发症。结论只要术前准备充分，术中、术后加强监护，老年妇科患者是可以安全度过围手术期的。 Objective To explore the specific measures of perioperative management of elderly gynecological patients. Methods 110 cases of elderly gynecological surgery perioperative data were statistically analyzed. Results data show that older women are prone to hypertension, heart disease and diabetes.
