其实作为市场和社会,真正需要看到的不是今天这样的一个现象,而是一个房价稳中渐升,居者有其屋,开发商有适度的利益,央地两级政府有适当的税收,社会相关方面多赢的局面,这才是一个正常的局面。从1998年以来,中国的房地产走过了13年的路程,中国房地产业的进步和变化可以说已经创造了世界产业史上重大的奇迹。短短的十几年,中国的楼市从以前根本没有商品房到现在全球每年有新增的建筑量中国已经占了50%以上,中国的建筑业每年消耗的来自国际市场的钢筋有50%左右,水泥有40%左右,这是一个巨大的数量。透过这些数据我们不难发现,房地产业已然成为中国居第一位的重要支柱产业。中国楼市不会衰落
