本文以聚四亚甲基醚二醇与4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯反应生成的预聚物分别与扩链剂为乙二硫醇(Ⅰ)半胱胺(Ⅱ),乙醇胺(Ⅲ),巯基乙醇(Ⅳ)进行扩链反应合成四种热塑弹性体嵌段聚醚氨酯(SPEU),并测定了其机械性能与抗凝血性能。本文结果表明:这四种热塑性弹性体具有较高的抗张强度及断裂伸长率,并具有较好的抗凝血性能。
In this paper, polytetramethylene ether glycol and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate reaction of the prepolymer with the chain extender were ethanedithiol (I) cysteamine (II), ethanolamine Ⅲ) and mercaptoethanol (Ⅳ) were synthesized. Four kinds of thermoplastic elastomer block polyether urethanes (SPEU) were synthesized by chain extension reaction. Their mechanical properties and anticoagulant properties were determined. The results show that: the four thermoplastic elastomers have high tensile strength and elongation at break, and has good anticoagulant properties.
