近几年来我们对稀土球墨铸铁进行了一系列试验室和工业性试验,重点是提高稀土球墨铸铁的性能;减少稀土硅铁的加入量;重复验证对消除铸造缺陷的有利作用;对产品进行长时间的运转试验。经过一年的时间,基本上完成了上述工作。曲轴、缸套1500小时耐久试车的结果,磨损值比部颁优等产品的质量指标还低。试验分别在试验室和生产车间进行。采用稀土硅铁球化剂成份:R_xO_y(稀土氧化物总量)24.99%;Si 38~40%;Ca 2~4%;Mn 1%;Al≤1%;Fe 25~29%。后孕育剂是75%Fe-Si;60%Fe-Mn;Si-Ca(60%Si,26%Ca)和电解铝锭。试验所用生铁成份见表1。
