刮板运输机断链问题已经成为全国煤矿中突出的问题。虽然经过几年多方面实地研究,到目前为止还没有找出完善的解决方法。产生断链的原因有下述三种可能:1.原设计上有不妥之处。2.操作上有缺点。3.材料和制造过程中有缺点。煤矿机械设计研究室朱龙弢同志由峰峰矿带回断链环多种,其中有一个新的中链环如图1未经磨损而断裂;矿方提不出断裂的原因,我们针对第三种可能做了以下的研究工作。
