随着知识经济、网络经济的迅猛发展,一些建立了信息化尝试物流网络的行业已显示出旺盛的生命力。中国图书市场也应加快信息化物流网络建设,它是促进我国出版业实现跨越式发展的有力措施。中国出版科学研究所有关研究室与地方发行企业联合组建课题组,重点研究“建立中国图书市场信息化物流网络”的必要性与可行性。该课题研究成果适用于出版集团或发行集团建立集团内部的信息化物流网络,既可包括出版社、新华书店批发店和基层销售店,也可以吸收以各种形式加盟集团的其他书店。这里发表的是该课题研究报告的第二部分,即《“中国图书市场信息化物流网络”的可行性分析》,以供有意建立信息化物流网络的单位参考。此外,“中国图书市场信息化物流网络实施方案”,经山东省新华书店系统试行后出台。
With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy and network economy, some industries that have set up information-based logistics networks have shown great vitality. China’s book market should also speed up the construction of informatization logistics network. It is a powerful measure to promote China’s publishing industry to achieve leapfrog development. The relevant research institutes and local distribution enterprises of China Institute of Publishing Science jointly set up a research group focusing on the necessity and feasibility of “establishing an informationized logistics network in China’s book market.” The research results of this research project are applicable to the publishing group or the issuing group to establish an informatized logistics network within the group, which can include publishers, Xinhua Bookstore wholesale stores and grassroots sales outlets as well as other bookstores joining the group in various forms. The second part of the research report published here is “Feasibility Analysis of China Book Market Informatization Logistics Network”, which is intended for reference of the unit interested in establishing the informatization logistics network. In addition, “China Book Market Information Network Logistics Implementation Plan”, after the trial implementation of the Xinhua Bookstore system in Shandong Province introduced.
