本文叙述一种薄膜式长寿命等离子体显示板,它采用一种新工艺,即在薄膜介质上涂覆 MgO 保护层,其特点是不采用国外流行的单周工艺(Single-Cycle Process)。采用这种新工艺作成128×128线矩阵板和数字板,其寿命均由原来的500小时增长到2×10~4小时,着火电压由原来的150伏降到100伏。矩阵板参数良好,可实现存储动态显示。数字板已批量生产,正在国内大量使用。
This article describes a thin-film, long-life plasma display panel that uses a new process, that is, coating a thin film dielectric with a protective coating of MgO, which features a single-cycle process that is not popular abroad. Using this new technology to make 128 × 128 line matrix board and digital board, its life increased from the original 500 hours to 2 × 10 ~ 4 hours, the ignition voltage dropped from the original 150 volts to 100 volts. Matrix board parameters are good, can be stored dynamic display. Digital board mass production, is widely used in China.
