用药安全一直是护理管理的重要内容,如何防范用药错误导致的医疗事故也是护理管理的重点。护理人员对用药安全知识的掌握程度直接影响到能否正确指导患者进行用药,并安排合理的用药时间,进一步观察患者的用药反应等。因此必须根据护理人员的用药安全现状和实际需求制定管理对策,避免ICU护理用药安全风险的发生,如用药时间与医嘱不符、药物配伍不当、特殊药物使用方式不当、输液速度不符合要求、用药剂量错误、给药途径错误、药物过期或发错药、急救药品相关因素等。
