目的:对壮药三角泡进行显微及紫外光谱鉴别。方法:显微鉴别,紫外光谱鉴别。结果:根皮层中的纤维群断续排列成环;茎皮层中有纤维环;叶主脉维管束有两束;叶表皮可见非腺毛和腺毛;粉末中纤维有2种形态,可见腺毛和较多的非腺毛以及方晶、簇晶。紫外-可见光谱在200~800 nm扫描,发现6种不同的提取液都有吸收峰。结论:该方法可为其质量标准的制定及进一步研究提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify microscopic and ultraviolet spectra of Zhuangyao triangle bubble. Methods: Microscopic identification, UV spectrum identification. Results: The fibers in the root cortex were intermittently arranged in a ring; there were fibrous rings in the stem cortex; two vascular bundles in the main vein of the leaf; non-glandular trichomes and glandular hairs in the leaf epidermis; Hair and more non-glandular hair as well as the crystal, cluster crystal. UV-Vis spectra were scanned at 200-800 nm and found to have absorption peaks in six different extracts. Conclusion: This method can provide a reference for the formulation of its quality standards and further study.
