用球墨铸铁代替锻钢制造柴油机曲轴的优越性,已为大家所公认,然而目前生产上绝大部分用镁作球化剂,铸件经常夹渣、缩松大量报废。由于夹渣、缩松大都是在精加工完毕,进行磁力探伤时发现,因而大大浪费加工工时,更严重的是影响全厂均衡生产和产品的按期完成。夹渣、缩松的消除,目前国内外尚无成熟的方法,在当前大好形势鼓舞下,我厂职工振作革命精神,决心自力更生,打破洋框框,寻找适合我国条件的解决办法。早在1962年,我厂曾协同包钢冶金研究所进行过稀土球墨铸铁试验,结果证明稀土球墨铸铁没有镁球墨铸
However, the superiority of using ductile iron instead of forging steel to manufacture diesel crankshafts has been recognized by all people. However, most of the current production uses magnesium as a nodulizer, and the castings frequently contain slag and shrinkage in large quantities. Due to slag, shrinkage are mostly completed in the finishing, magnetic detection found, resulting in a significant waste of processing time, more serious impact on the entire plant balanced production and product completion on schedule. At present, there are no mature methods at home and abroad. Under the current favorable situation, the workers in our factory cheer up their revolutionary spirit and are determined to make their own efforts to break the boundaries and find solutions that are suitable for our country’s conditions.
