压缩空气系统为汽车工厂能源系统的重要组成部分,工程设计中挖掘压缩空气系统的节能减排潜力对整个工厂节能减排目标的实现有重要意义。本文对汽车工厂压缩空气系统设计中的可实现性节能措施进行分析总结;对压缩空气系统排污废水收集处理的必要性进行了分析,并提出了可行性解决方案。
The compressed air system is an important part of the energy system of a car factory. The potential of energy-saving and emission reduction for the compressed air system in engineering design is of great significance to the realization of the goal of energy-saving and emission-reduction in the whole plant. In this paper, the feasibility of energy saving measures in the design of compressed air system of automobile factory is analyzed and summarized. The necessity of collection and disposal of waste water from compressed air system is analyzed and the feasible solution is put forward.
