采用小区试验的方法,进行了不同土壤改良复合微生物菌剂对烟叶产量与质量的影响试验。结果表明,木霉菌肥、木霉复合菌剂、芽孢复合菌剂、芽孢菌肥、芽孢菌剂等不同微生物制剂及配方对烟叶产量、质量影响不同,使用不同微生物制剂后烟株农艺性状、抗病性能、烟叶产量与质量均好于对照。木霉菌肥、木霉复合菌剂、芽孢复合菌剂、芽孢菌肥处理产值分别较太阳复合肥+硫酸钾+磷酸二铵+硝酸钾(相应氮磷钾含量的化肥)对照提高1.04%、3.37%、4.66%、0.63%;上等烟比例较太阳复合肥+硫酸钾+磷酸二铵+硝酸钾(相应氮磷钾含量的化肥)对照分别提高10.97%、15.05%、10.81%、17.36%。
Using the method of plot experiment, the effects of different soil-modified compound microbial agents on the yield and quality of tobacco were tested. The proportion of superior tobacco was 10.97%, 15.05%, 10.81% and 17.36% higher than that of the compound fertilizer + potassium sulfate + diammonium phosphate + potassium nitrate (corresponding fertilizers of NPK).
