民事检察和解在维护社会稳定、促进社会和谐等方面发挥着积极的作用。然而,由于立法的不完善,认识的不统一,目前该项工作尚处在探索阶段。除了进一步统一认识,提升工作能力外,还要积极探索检察院与法院的合作,以解决和解协议的效力问题。民事检察和解的追求,应当是法律监督使命与促和谐保稳定的政治使命的双赢。 Civil prosecution reconciliation plays an active role in maintaining social stability and promoting social harmony. However, due to the imperfect legislation and the lack of consensus, this work is still under exploration. In addition to further unifying their understanding and promoting their ability to work, they should also actively explore the cooperation between the procuratorate and the court in order to resolve the issue of the effectiveness of the settlement agreement. The pursuit of civil prosecution reconciliation should be a win-win outcome of the legal supervision mission and the political mission of promoting harmony and stability.
